Quora

Ever been on to Quora? It’s available on my phone. A few cursory visits has left me receiving all sorts of Q&As. For example it seems there’s lots of people out there refighting the Second World War. Closely followed by the Falklands. Then there’s the special forces enthusiasts; usually asking who are the best/toughest etc. Answers are often prefaced by, ‘when my dad was in the Army he met –‘ Occasionally you get to read incredibly detailed answers (if you’re thinking of ordering a frigate don’t buy one off the Germans) . Mostly though there’s a whole gang of people ‘answering’ questions based on a perspective shaped by their nationality. It’s the online equivalent of being trapped by the pub bore.
